TSS Microscopy offers customized programs on a Per Diem or Contract basis for all instruments that we sell, and we are happy to work with customers who have not purchased from us. If you have microscopes which are off contract, contact us about your service needs.

Instrument uptime is a priority for our customers and for us. TSS Microscopy is committed to fast resolution of equipment issues and is always available and ready to help.

Our OEM-trained engineers have a thorough understanding of equipment operation and the importance of having the instrument running at its optimal performance. And all service customers, whether on Contract or Per Diem, have access to a dedicated customer support phone and email for questions and concerns.

TSS Microscopy has OEM trained engineers for many different vendor models of SEM, TEM, FIB and dual beam. Our engineers understand both the equipment and customer’s need to have a tool up and running, and providing data without interruption. TSS provides both standard and customized Annual Service Contracts, designer to meet our customer’s needs and budget. Standard Contract programs include Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits, remote diagnostic services, parts, labor and travel expenses.
